FFVII-River of Life

So many years I've kept this in my computer.
It has to be retouched a lot mostly about the background. Hope the red color in the sky is not too weird xD Now I have this feeling that it's broke all the drawing. Oh whatever I'm considering it's done. Don't want to spent more time on it.

I draw a lot of ffVII even if I never played it But at least I read this so amazing book I bought when I went to the Japan expo:

I wanted to come back with something and the stand was right in front of me after I watched the square enix event. Also I spoke with one of the writer. He told me if I wasn't satisfied, I should come next years so he could gives me my money back ah x) sure I will! but for buy the two others he wrote! Whoa the story of this game is so phantastic. Even the story of the production is!

In the book, somewhere in the middle, there a part where the producers of the game give their feeling toward the old ff (so ffvii) and the game of this gen. They said that they regret the old time because before they could take their time and make all things right and perfect. But now it's not the same.

For exemple, they have to speed because of recording the voice actors, which is something they have to do early during the developement and that mean the story have to be written fast and can't be changed then. That was not something they were caring during the making of vii.

it's written that the character of Zack was created at the very last moment before the end of making. Tetsuya Nomura was requested to create this character and didn't have time to colorize the artwork! poor man xD


I wait to play the game to finish the book cause they speak of the hidden secret in the game and it's make no sense for me now.

I hope this book will be translated in english because it's really something that all Final Fantasy fans should read.
